Ask a questionWhat machines can you connect?
Machines with an HMI, PLC or controller that can send data over a network. We start with HMIs that push data over the web, and map each machine's raw signals to names, units and limits during onboarding. No new machines, and usually no new hardware.
Do we need internet on site?
Yes. The controller needs a connection to send its data, by Wi-Fi, LAN or a 4G router. When a connection drops and comes back, readings the controller resends are stored once, never twice.
Who owns the data?
You do. We never use your machine data to train AI models. We only work with providers whose terms exclude training, and we name them in the contract.
What does it cost per machine?
A setup fee to connect your fleet, then a monthly fee per connected machine that covers hosting, monitoring, updates, reports and support. Every fleet starts with a small paid pilot on one to three machines. Tell us about your fleet and we will send a quote.
How long does it take?
One week to onboard, then two to four weeks to build the pilot. A full fleet rollout takes four to eight weeks.
Can our customers get their own reports?
Yes. Niori Signal produces a monthly report for each of your customers, covering output, uptime and faults, ready for you to send on.
